David Rolley has distinguished himself as a successful global operations management executive, who has built high performance management and concurrent engineering teams in the United States and Australia.


His management career began with the facilitation of the concurrent engineering team that developed the first Apple notebook keypad and input devices. Rolley spent the following years in management and executive leadership positions in various manufacturing and service organizations in Nevada, Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Australia, and the Philippines. During his tenure at each organization, Rolley established performance leadership processes and development paths in all levels of the organizations.


Due to the high success rate, Rolley decided to create DRLC Performance Leadership Consulting, a formal mechanism to develop the leaders of the future. His passion for leadership and emerging leaders is powered by his commitment to see others succeed. DRLC focuses on performance leadership and provides professional leadership development and consulting for organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals. 


Rolley received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Production Operations Management from New Mexico State University. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In our extensive research, our process is one of perhaps a handful of science-based leadership development methodologies in existence. What makes us different is practical application confirmed through experience, while other science-based information is theory confirmed by faith.
