DRLC relies on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our boot camps and workshops. If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, we must be informed in writing via email or fax no less than 14 days prior to the first day of the scheduled boot camp/workshop. Withdrawals/cancellations can be emailed to info@davidrolley.com or mailed to DRLC Performance Leadership Consulting, 4952 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 239, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

DRLC will confirm the receipt of the cancellation within 3-5 business days.

For any cancellations made more than 14 days prior the workshop, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of $45 for one-day events and $75 for multi-day events.

Cancellation requests made between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of the boot camp or workshop will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be available for cancellations within 7 days of the boot camp or workshop.

Please take this into account when you sign up for a boot camp or a workshop.

Workshop registration is not transferable to another individual should you choose to withdraw.

DRLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop for any reason, including canceling a workshop that does not meet minimum registration requirements or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather. 

If DRLC cancels a workshop, paid registrants will be given full refunds within 14 business days. Rescheduled workshop information will be posted on the DRLC website, www.davidrolley.com.

Money-back Guarantee: For the DRLC boot camps and workshops, we have a money-back guarantee. If you complete a boot camp or workshop and do not feel you received value, you simply return the workbook at the end of the boot camp. Within 7 business days of completing the boot camp, we will issue a complete refund. You must attend the entire event to exercise this option.
